Bought a $15,000 chevy truck a year ago and have had non stop problems. The first tire rotation one rim was bigger then the rest. Two months after buying the truck it started shaking bad, and chewed my tires off. Now I'm due for inspection and need 2 Pitman arms, tie rod ends, 2 tires and need rust work because all of their undercoat fell off. I would suggest not coming here because after a year I already need $1000 worth of work to get my first sticker. They are over priced and shady even my neighbor bought a truck here and has had nonstop problems. They just make the trucks look mean but they are junk.
Niki was so nice and helped very much! She was very straight forward and didn't confuse us. She was kind and incredibly understanding. I definitely would recommend her to anybody new or experienced with buying a car or truck through them!
I have bought two vehicles from this dealership and had no issues. They take good care of you and give you the best deal possible. They are willing to add options and features to the vehicles that you purchase when you're purchasing.
Just bought a 2010 Dodge Ram with crew cab. Usually buy new vehicles with awesome warranties because I don't like to deal with unknowns. With the extended warranty (which I usually never buy) I feel well protected and would definitely do business with Lady's in the future. Everyone (no fewer than 5 different individuals) was very professional and seemingly worked very hard to meet my needs.
They put lift kit and big tires on my truck which I didn't mind until after I opened my extended warranty to realize it's void because of the lift.. Been through many repairs because of the lift and now I again realize we both have the same attorney Mr O'Donnell.. ,,,, guess we're both screwed there.. Conflict of Interest on both sides... BELIEVE ME,,. THEY WILL MAKE RIGHT SOON
